My name is Avery, and I created A Peace of Cake to share my passion for baking. I began to bake during the pandemic and fell in love with it. My Mom has always eaten a primarily plant-based diet following many macrobiotic practices and my Dad went vegan in 2018 for health reasons. I learned to bake vegan to accommodate them.
